1. validity
The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC" for short) apply to all purchase contracts between Sandra Milacher and an end customer/consumer ("the customer" for short) in the version valid at the time of the order. These GTC do not apply to dealers, merchants and retailers.
2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
2.1. The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our webshop on the website https://www.youlookperfect.at/
2.2. If the contract is concluded, the contract is concluded with Sandra Milacher.
2.3. The presentation of the goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
2.4. The customer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our Internet store.
The order is placed in the following steps:
Click on "Online store" on the homepage
Select the products
- Select the product by clicking on "Add to shopping cart"
- View the shopping cart
- Click on the "Checkout" button
- Enter addresses and payment information
- Check or correct the data entered once again
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Buy" button
Before submitting the binding order, the customer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser by pressing the "Back" button contained in the Internet browser used by him after checking his details.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated e-mail ("Thank you for your order").
2.5. After receipt of the order, we will send the customer the order data and our GTC by e-mail. The customer must ensure that his email account is not overfilled and that emails can be delivered. The customer can also view the GTC at any time at www.youlookperfect.at/policies/terms-of-service . For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the Internet, but are stored electronically by us.
2.6. The purchase contract is concluded with the transmission of an order confirmation, but at the latest with the dispatch of the ordered goods.
3. prices, shipping costs, countries of delivery, returns, means of payment
3.1. The prices quoted are in EURO and include the value-added taxes of the European countries. In third countries 0% VAT applies.
3.2 We deliver as standard to the EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway, San Marino, Monaco, USA, Canada, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia. From 200€ order value the international shipping is free of charge, under 200€ order value the shipping costs 10-20€. Only shipping to Germany and Austria is always free of charge.
3.3 Express shipping can be added to some countries for a fee and cannot be refunded in the event of a return.
3.4 Information on third countries:
Switzerland, Liechtenstein: We pay customs and shipping for you, however, the Swiss import tax will be invoiced to you by "Gebrüder Weiss AG" upon receipt of the goods. You must also pay this invoice in the event of a return or exchange.
USA, Canada, Monacco, San Marino, Iceland, Norway, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia: We pay the shipping for you, but no customs duties. Please note that import costs for taxes and duties may be incurred, which are to be borne by you. Unfortunately, we do not have any information about the amount. You must also pay these costs in the event of a return.
3.5 Returns: You have an extended right of return of 30 days. If you buy a loungewear set, you can also return individual items. Returns from Germany and Austria can be sent to us free of charge using the enclosed return label. Please send returns from all other countries at your own expense using the shipping method of your choice.
3.6 If the order is returned because it cannot be delivered (e.g. due to an incorrect delivery address or not being accepted), we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs (+ any customs duties).
3.7 Depending on the country, the contractual partner has the option of paying via:
- PayPal
- Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
- Klarna: You can choose between several payment options with Klarna.
- EPS
For payments from third countries or with currencies other than the EURO, additional fees may apply due to exchange rate changes.
4. delivery
4.1. The ordered goods are regularly delivered by mail. We ship by post, DPD or DHL Express as standard.
4.2. Unless we have clearly stated otherwise, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery takes place within 1-6 working days as stated in the order (this is a standard delivery time, not a guarantee). The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
4.3. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the customer until the item has been handed over to the customer, even in the case of sale by dispatch.
4.4. If a parcel is obviously damaged on delivery, the customer must insist that this circumstance is recorded in writing by the deliverer. The customer must notify us in writing (by post or e-mail) of any damage to a product within 7 days.
4.5 The stated delivery times are standard delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. Customs delays may occur, especially in countries outside the EU.
5. reservation of title
We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
6. right of withdrawal of the consumer
The customer has a right of withdrawal. Please note that the goods must be complete with labels and without signs of use. We may charge for any damage due to the resulting reduction in value.
Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you (less any express delivery costs) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will we charge you any payment charges for this repayment. You must return or hand over the goods to us (YOU LOOK PERFECT Inh. Sandra Milacher, Abtsdorf 170, A-4864 Attersee) immediately and in any case within thirty days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
The return shipment from Germany and Austria is free of charge with the enclosed return label. From other countries, the buyer pays for the return shipment.

7 Warranty and compensation
7.1. The customer is entitled to the statutory right to warranty. The warranty period is 2 years. The warranty only covers defects that already existed at the time of delivery. After 6 months, the customer must prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. A defect does not exist if faults occur in the goods due to improper use or use contrary to the intended purpose.
Reasonable, objectively justified minor changes to our performance, in particular deviations in color shades, are not defects. We shall bear the necessary costs of the improvement or replacement carried out within the scope of the warranty, in particular shipping and material costs.
7.2. We assume no liability for damages, in particular not for indirect damages, nor for warranty or product liability, unless otherwise provided for by mandatory consumer protection regulations.
7.3. Insofar as we are liable for damages in accordance with statutory provisions, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The amount of our liability is limited to the actual contractual remuneration. Any further liability is excluded, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
7.4. We assume no liability for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and content of the information provided.
7.5. The photographs contained in the product description are only examples. Due to the uniqueness of the products or due to the materials used, there may be a color deviation or a slight difference in size between the actual product and its image on the Internet, but this does not entitle the contractual partner to make a complaint.
7.6. We accept no liability for late delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control
7.7. We are not liable for allergies or intolerances of the contractual partner to any component of the raw materials used in our products. An allergy or intolerance of the contractual partner does not entitle him to make a complaint.
8 Offsetting, retention
8.1. The customer has the right to offset against our claims in the event of our insolvency or for counterclaims that are legally related to the customer's liability and have been established by a court or recognized by us.
8.2. The customer is entitled to the statutory rights of retention.
9. duty to provide information
When registering your data, we are dependent on you providing truthful information. If your data changes (in particular name, address, e-mail address, telephone or bank details), please inform us immediately. Please ensure that the e-mail address you have provided can be reached and that the receipt of e-mail messages is not prevented due to the e-mail account being closed or overfilled or being classified as spam. If you provide incorrect data, Sandra Milacher is entitled to withdraw from the contract and charge a processing fee. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing. The written form is also preserved by e-mail.
10 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction, place of fulfillment, written form
10.1. Austrian law shall apply, excluding the conflict of law rules of private international law and the provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law applies with the exception of the mandatory provisions of the law of the customer's habitual residence.
10.2. The mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers shall apply.
10.3. The place of performance is the registered office of Sandra Milacher, Attersee, Austria.
10.4. Amendments and additions to this contract must be made in writing; this also applies to ancillary agreements and subsequent amendments to the contract, as well as the absence of the written form requirement.
11 Contract language
The contract language is exclusively German.
12. data protection
Personal data such as first name, surname, address, zip code, city, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth are collected when you place orders in order to process these orders and to be able to dispatch the goods ordered.
When you place an order via the online store, we protect your data with a secure SSL connection. We process and use personal data for order processing, to maintain customer relations and for our advertising campaigns.

13. severability clause
Should a provision in these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic and legal intent of the provision to be replaced.
